I love omelettes because they have a very good time -> tastiness ratio.
I have them often for lunch.

Kind of soggy, and don’t taste of much on their own so not worth it.
Very nice and filling, but takes too long because have to boil first. Maybe I should try cutting even smaller and going straight to frying.
Chop up nice and small, add to boiling water, wait 2 mins then drain and run under cold water. Pretty good, I like the crunch they add. I should probably do this more actually

Acidity reacts with eggs to form carbon dioxide and make a fluffier omelette! Was pretty surprised the first time. Got to be careful not to add too much or it becomes impossible to fold without breaking.
